With beautiful visuals, encouraging feedback, and a focus on holistic well-being, Nümi makes weight management feel less like a chore and more like a lifestyle. Perfect for diabetes management, GLP-1 medication tracking (including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound), and metabolic health monitoring.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit the Nümi homepage.
  2. Click Sign Up or Get Started.
  3. Complete the registration process using your email or social login.

Setting Up Your Profile

  1. After signing up, go to your profile settings.
  2. Add your personal details (name, age, height, etc.).
  3. Set your preferences for unit system (metric/imperial).
  4. Configure your notification and privacy settings.

Creating Your First Journey

  1. On the dashboard, click Create New Journey.
  2. Give your journey a meaningful name.
  3. Select your medication and dosage (including GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound if applicable).
  4. Enter your current and target weights.
  5. Choose your start date.
  6. Save your journey to begin tracking.
