How do I create a new journey?

Don’t worry—it’s easy! When you log in, you’ll see your dashboard (that’s the main page). Look for a button that says “Create New Journey” or something similar. It might be a big colorful button, or it might be in a menu—either way, it’s easy to find!

Once you click it, we’ll create a report that shows everything you’ve tracked: your weight, how you’ve been feeling, your medications, and any side effects. You can then print it or save it to your computer. It’s perfect for sharing with your healthcare provider!

Can I track multiple journeys?

With the free plan, you can create one journey at a time. That’s enough to get started and track your wellness goals!

If you’d like to track multiple journeys at once (maybe one for weight loss and another for maintaining), you can upgrade to Premium, which lets you create as many journeys as you need.

How does the gamified experience work?

We’ve made tracking feel a bit like a game to keep things light and encouraging! Here’s how it works:

What side effects can I track?
