How do I create a new journey?

Go to your dashboard and click Create New Journey. Follow the prompts to set your goals and preferences.

Can I track medications?

Yes, you can log medications and dosages for each journey, including GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound.

Can I track medication side effects?

Absolutely! Nümi includes comprehensive side effect tracking with 9 predefined options (Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, and Other) plus time-of-day tracking to help you and your healthcare provider monitor medication tolerance and adjust treatment as needed.

How do I set up my profile?

After signing up, go to Settings to add your personal details, set your unit system (metric/imperial), and configure your preferences.

How do I generate a wellness report?

Each journey is divided into weekly levels. Complete each level by logging your weight, mood, and any side effects to unlock the next level and earn achievements. The tabbed interface makes it easy to track all aspects of your wellness journey.

What side effects can I track?

Nümi tracks 9 common medication side effects: - Nausea - Vomiting - Diarrhea - Constipation - Abdominal pain - Headache - Fatigue - Dizziness - Other (with custom description)

You can also specify the time of day (morning, day, night) to help identify patterns and optimize medication timing.
