Creating Your Journeys

• Create Your First Journey—you can create one journey to track your wellness goals. Think of it as your personal wellness story!
• Track Your Medications—if you’re taking medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, you can log them in your journey. This helps us give you better support.
• Track Injection Sites—if you’re using injectable medications, you can track where you inject each week. This helps you rotate sites properly and share this information with your healthcare provider.
• Give It a Name—make your journey personal! Maybe something like “My Summer Wellness” or “Getting Healthier in 2024”—whatever feels right to you.
• A Little Bit of Fun—we’ve made tracking feel a bit like a game, with weekly levels and little achievements along the way. It’s not meant to be stressful—just a gentle way to stay motivated!

Tracking Your Progress

• Log Your Weight—each week, you’ll check in and enter your current weight. Don’t worry—we do all the math for you! We’ll show you how much you’ve changed since last week.
• How Are You Feeling?—we’ll ask how you’re feeling each week. This isn’t just about weight—your whole well-being matters! You can pick from options like “Great,” “Good,” “Okay,” “Not Great,” or “Struggling.” You can also add a little note about your week if you want.
• Track Side Effects—if you’re taking medications, you can easily note any side effects you experience. We’ve listed the most common ones, so you just check a box. You can even note what time of day it happened—this helps you and your doctor see patterns!
• Track Injection Sites—if you’re using injectable medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound, you can track where you inject your medication each week. Rotating injection sites helps prevent skin irritation and ensures consistent medication absorption. You can choose from:
  • Stomach (abdomen)
  • Thigh
  • Back of upper arm
• See Your Progress—we’ll show you how close you are to your goal with a simple percentage. It’s like a progress bar that fills up as you get closer!
• Weekly Check-ins—each week, you’ll complete a “level” by checking in. It’s like leveling up in a game—each week you check in, you unlock the next week!

Seeing Your Progress

• Simple Charts—we’ll show you your weight progress in easy-to-understand charts. You can see how you’re doing over time at a glance!
• Reports for Your Doctor—when you visit your healthcare provider, you can print out a report that shows everything you’ve tracked: your weight, how you’ve been feeling, your medications, injection sites, and any side effects. It makes it easy to share your progress!
• Print or Download—you can print your report or save it to your computer. Whatever works best for you!
• Side Effect Information—if you’ve been tracking side effects, they’ll all be included in your report with the time of day you noted. This helps your doctor see patterns and adjust your treatment if needed.
• Injection Site Tracking—your reports include which injection site you used each week, helping you and your doctor track your rotation pattern and any site-specific reactions.

Your Settings

• Your Profile—you can update your personal information anytime. Things like your name, age, and height. Don’t worry—you can always come back and change these later if you need to!
• Choose Your Units—do you prefer pounds and inches, or kilograms and centimeters? Pick whatever feels most comfortable to you. We’ll remember your choice!
• Your Privacy—you control your privacy settings. Everything is in your control, and we take your privacy seriously.

Friendly Reminders

• We’ll Remind You—if you’d like, we can send you a friendly email reminder when it’s time to check in. Don’t worry—we won’t spam you! You can turn these on or off anytime.
• At Your Time—we’ll send reminders at a time that works for you, in your time zone. So if you prefer to check in on Monday mornings, we’ll remind you then!
• Pick Your Day—you can choose which day of the week you’d like to check in. Maybe every Monday? Or every Friday? Whatever works best for you!
• Personal Messages—our emails will use your first name, so it feels personal and friendly—not like a robot!
• Quick Links—each reminder email will have a link that takes you straight to your journey, so you can check in with just one click!
• A Little Encouragement—each reminder email includes a little wellness quote to help keep you motivated. Nothing too long—just a friendly word of encouragement!
• We Won’t Spam You—we’re smart about reminders. We won’t send you multiple reminders in the same day—we respect your time!
