By accessing and using Nümi's wellness tracking platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nümi application and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

At-Will Usage: Your use of the Nümi service and application is entirely at-will. You may:

  • Stop using the service at any time without notice or penalty
  • Discontinue your account and delete your data at any time

Neither Nümi nor Nomadis has any obligation to provide the service, and you have no obligation to use it. The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any guarantees of availability, functionality, or continued operation.

  • All support, billing, and service-related communications may come from Nomadis domains
  • Your data is processed and stored in accordance with Nomadis's data protection practices

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
